An earthquake measuring 6.2 on the richter scale struck some cities in "East Azerbaijan" province in Iran on 11 august. Until now there are more than 2800 victims there. Iran Red Crescent Society are helping to the victims but it's not enough. Whereas foreign countries are ready to give Iran a hand, Iran's government refuse to accept them! Why does not Iran's government let foreign forces to go to Iran? Are they doing something about nuclear weapons in that area?
